In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and raise a refund request from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs prior to package availing date and the service has not been delivered by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you.
The packages which have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts and services for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund of the remaining amount within 30 days from the date of commencement of package. The final refunds will be made after deducting the statutory taxes, if applicable where ever and the charges for the services completed by us.
