Membership Terms and Conditions
  • No blackout dates, valid 6 days a week, 6 am to 9 pm, except during closure for holidays.

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • A service is redeemed (a) when it is performed, or (b) if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment; you must cancel your booking at least 12 hours prior.

  • You may continue to enjoy discounted service applicable to your membership plan till its validity, even if you exhaust the minimum cash value.

  • Any unredeemed services in the membership will only rollover upon renewal of the same-value or higher-value membership.

  • Memberships cannot be cancelled (non-refundable) but can be transferred to family members.

  • Member discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or packages.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged membership cards are to be notified to BNCHY, which shall provide a replacement card. A charge of INR 500 may be levied.

  • BNCHY MediSpa reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion to revoke membership or to modify the terms and conditions of the membership with prior written notice.

  • The membership card-holder agrees that she/he will defend and indemnify BNCHY MediSpa or any of its associated entities, its directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively ‘the indemnified parties’) against - and hold each indemnified party harmless - from all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) for injury to or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any property arising out of the use of any Medispa by the cardholders or any guests or any person in said Medispa at the behest of the cardholders, except that such indemnification shall not extend to acts of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the indemnified parties.
