“Nurturing Vitality through Naturopathy”
Third Naturopathy day is observed in India on November 18 2020. Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India has declared 18th November to be observed as Naturopathy Day every year from 2018, to signify its promise in empowering people through health, which is the vision of the document registered as All India Nature Cure Foundation Trust on 18th November 1945, is the day on which Mahatma Gandhi became lifetime Chairman of the All India Nature Cure Foundation Trust and signed the deed.
This year Naturopathy day is observed with the theme “Nurturing Vitality through Nature”. Vitality is the inherent power in every individual that preserves and promotes health, prevents and cures diseases. The body has an inherent ability to establish, maintain,
and restore health. Concept of immunity can be seen as 'vitality' enunciated in naturopathy principles. Given a great positive influence of vitality, it has been encouraged to widely promote the concepts of vitality; Let us understand it more deeply by revisiting it in these pandemic days.
National Institute of Naturopathy will be releasing a booklet on concepts of vitality, how to evaluate and enhance by taking various measures. Join us in the celebrations by fulfilling the vision of “Mahatma Gandhi” to be self-reliant.
